To
anyone who has never seen a Varietae show, trust me and click on the link below. You need to get out and see one of these
shows as soon as possible. I have had the privelage of appearing in about 5 of these extravaganzas. It started in June 2005
as a true variety show. I was able to do my stand-up act a couple of times. It quickly evolved into production, so in November
2005, I wrote a sketch comedy act called "America's Biggest Redneck", and we performed it. Jesus Vice Superstar soon followed.
In June 2006, I was lucky enough to be in Varietae Inferno, where I played the Demon Bartender Trevor. A take-off of Dante's
Inferno, I wrote my own dialogue. Soon after, we filmed it in Russell Sweeney's basement. In September 2006, began Varietae
in Space. I had to bow out, due to a new job. In December, they asked me to play the role of Santa Baby in the Christmas
show, returning to the roots of a variety show. In March, I witnessed the third and final installment of the Varietae in
Space Trilogy. I was truly mesmerized. What an experience.
Dave Geissler, Adam Hirsch, Jim Paul and the rest
of the gang combine their talents to produce a show worthy of Broadway.
Almost everyone asked me when I would be
able to return, with which I found myself very flattered. I told all that I would do anything possible to be in another show.
I've even been doing some writing. My idea involves a Halloween show. The rest will be hush hush for awhile. Keep checking
in!!
